| For those with active, busy lives we offer fully-clothed shorter massage sessions when you just need a little time out for yourself. Clients should wear comfortable, loose or stretchable clothing like yoga or sports clothing. This is a different experience from our integrative relaxation massage, and will include normal lighting, upbeat music, and will be on an uncovered table. (Add-ons are not available.) $200 for a prepaid package of 5 sessions |

 STONE MEDICINE SESSION (60 min) $75 |
| Daoist Stone Medicine is energy work rooted in ancient Classical Chinese Medicine practices that were used to help restore balance to the body and spirit, as well as encouraging health and wellness. These treatments are traditionally used for work at a constitutional level for physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, soul, ancestral, and other issues. These treatments use various types of stones, which are placed on acupuncture points and meridians. Herbs, essential oils, bodywork, and other types of energy work may also be included to help bring transformation and balance. (We highly recommend 3 sessions – 1 month apart for the most successful results. Stones work deep and slow.) $200 for a prepaid package of 3 sessions PLEASE NOTE: This modality is NOT hot or cold stone massage and is NOT acupuncture. |
